Orange-Avocado Mask

What you need:
- Mixing bowl
- Measuring spoon
- Measuring cup
- Oil dropper
- 3 tablespoons avocado
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 50 milliliters orange juice
- A few drops of essential oil, such as chamomile
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, blending them together with your hands.
- Use your fingers to spread a thick layer all over your face and neck, and leave for at least 30 minutes.
- Rinse mask off with a warm face cloth.
Oatmeal-Avocado Mask

You will need:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbs raw, organic honey
- 1/4-cup uncooked oatmeal flakes
Instructions:
Blend 1 ripe avocado with 2-tablespoons of raw, organic honey and ¼-cup uncooked oatmeal flakes. Apply a medium layer to your face and let sit for 10-15 minutes. The avocado and honey will both work to moisturize dry skin while the oatmeal balances and calms reactive, red and sensitive skin.
